Our Approach
Cultural Compass is committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive space where clients feel safe to explore their unique experiences and challenges. Our approach is grounded in evidence-based techniques - drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and multicultural therapy - to provide a balanced blend of practical skill-building and meaningful insight development.
We believe that effective therapy involves both learning concrete tools and building deeper self-awareness. Together, we work to identify and shift patterns that may be causing you distress and equip you with skills to manage life’s challenges. This approach allows you to experience real change in both your behaviors and perspectives.
