Fees & FAQ

Fees

  • Remote or in-person. Every new client completes an intake evaluation in order to gather background history, understand the client’s needs and symptoms, establish therapy goals, and assess if we would be a good fit working together.

    60 minutes | $285

  • Follow-up sessions for individual clients are 45-50 minutes and are typically conducted weekly or biweekly. If longer sessions are needed, this can be established during treatment and fees can be discussed.

    45-50 minutes | $235

  • In order to provide comprehensive care, we collaborate with your care team free of charge. If you need services that require more time (e.g., creating accommodations for school, participating in a school IEP/504 meeting), a prorated fee may be charged. However, this will always be discussed with the client beforehand and all costs will be transparent.

FAQ

How long are sessions and how long do I have to attend therapy?

Therapy sessions typically last 45-50 minutes. The frequency and duration of therapy can vary depending on your individual needs and goals. Some clients may choose to attend therapy for a short-term period to address specific issues, while others may find long-term therapy beneficial for ongoing personal growth, life transitions, or more complex challenges.

We’ll work together to determine the right pace for your therapy, and you’re always welcome to discuss any changes to your treatment plan as we go along. Therapy is a collaborative process, and your preferences and progress are key factors in shaping how we move forward.

Do you take insurance?

I do not directly accept insurance at this time. However, I can provide you with a detailed receipt (superbill) for services rendered, which you may be able to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance company regarding out-of-network benefits and coverage for therapy services.

Feel free to reach out if you have any questions about payment or insurance options

What is a good faith estimate?

A Good Faith Estimate is a document that provides you with an estimate of the cost of therapy services before you begin treatment. It includes details about the expected charges for services, including session fees and any other potential costs. This estimate helps you understand the financial aspects of your care and plan accordingly.

If you have any questions about the estimate or the costs associated with therapy, please feel free to reach out. I am happy to provide clarity and help ensure you feel confident in your treatment choices.
